Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ShopeeGallery, we aim to deliver your orders in the fastest and safest way possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp after your order is placed.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and others.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout based on your location and delivery method.
Any applicable COD fees will also be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking Pag e or via the courier’s website.

5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, courier delays, strikes, or incorrect/incomplete address details.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will contact you for a redelivery attempt. Additional charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
