Standard Policy

Replacement Only: Under our standard policy, when you return a product within the specified 7-day window due to defects or damages, you will receive an identical, brand-new unit as a replacement.
No Refunds or Exchanges: Unless explicitly stated on the product page, we do not offer cash refunds or exchanges for different products.
Product Page Exception: If the product page explicitly mentions that refund or exchange options are available, those options will be provided. Otherwise, if no option is mentioned, the product is eligible for replacement only.

Definition of Replacement

Replacement: A replacement means that if you request a replacement for a defective or damaged product within the 7-day window, you will receive a brand-new unit identical to your original purchase. This is subject to our inspection and approval once we receive the returned product.

Replacement Pickup & Delivery

Pickup Location: Replacement pickups will be arranged from the address where the original order was delivered.
Alternate Return Option: In some cases, we may ask you to send the product to our designated return address.
